Friends, Foes & Followers — Part 15

October 31, 2017

Friends, Foes & Followers is a GM resource that uses a common format for presenting 2 pages of information about a character. The characters can be used in any way the GM sees fit; as NPC opponents, helpers or even emergency PCs for that unexpected player, making these resources no GM should be without.

This article is a collaborative effort by four writers, Megan Daley (1 character), Rebecca Downey (5 characters), Sonia Handforth-Kome (3 characters), and Taren Scott (3 characters). Kerry Mould sponsored the art and did the layout. The editing was by Brent Bailey. This article also sees the return to FFF of the talented artist, Juha Makkonen. He has created some great new character pieces for this article.

All of the characters in this article are female:

  • a tough, hard drinking, fighting order Erken (chosen “man”)
  • a waif-like street urchin who moonlights as a cat burglar
  • an Uthreim Roliri ranger with a herding dog
  • the madam of a courtesan house who has exceptional abilities
  • a cook who can read and has captured the heart of a knight
  • the tallest, most attractive, shepherdess in the Hundred
  • a second-born fighting order knight
  • a commoner elevated to knighthood for extreme bravery
  • a Larnain priestess with a mysterious past
  • a gentle Peonian priestess known for her “velvet fist”
  • a hard of hearing Fyvrian Shek P’var shenava
  • a mischievous Odivshe Shek P’var satia-mavari, and her spells (qv)

Please enjoy. Your feedback and comments are always welcome.
