The major knights of Kanday are the bailiffs or constables of keeps, holding these strongholds for the great of the kingdom. Others are sheriffs/constables appointed by the king. Some are members of the Great Clans themselves or holders of significant manors. No fewer than three of these are members of the powerful clan Milaka. The other knights here are leaders of families who control the most manors and/or acreage in the kingdom of Kanday.
