Got whispers re-enabled for Treat Value command with NPC's

Verified the Commands and Immcommands were in alphabetical order.

Dyed objects will not be replaced with a new instance but instead retain the original object with new color.

Aid command will no longer set you into combat with another automatically it will instead send you thru the do_hit routine to verify a number of things that are important first.

Testing out my prototype Transmitter object type in the Heras Slave pit. Unfortunately it only echoes out combat echoes and emotes not targeting anything but it's a start. Basically an object down in the slave pit echoes what happens up to the people watching above.

If players think of other places with a source and destination for this type of transmitter let us know via petition.

Got the transmitter object type sending emotes that target people and things now. It will also now work with only one Person in the transmitting room..

Fixed a problem where a character could lose some or all of their equipped gear if they were putting a worn shield on a mount and into one of their containers. Example - put shield on horse into saddlebag

Fixed behead command. It was looking at the wrong oval on weapons to verify that you could chop a head off a corpse.

I think there is a minor visibility bug when using profile during combat.

It shows a message like "You are trying to kill...." and then the parameter, instead of the desc.

Decided to tackle the Transmitter code a cleaner way with a small rewrite.
Transmitters will not need to be visible in room to work.

Admins can write without quill and ink without crashing the game.

Social emotes like nod, smirk, grin, etc will work thru Transmitter objects on reboot.

I had created a Write command crash bug for mortals with my recent alterations to the do_scribe routine but now it is fixed.

Fixed a problem where a Charge would sometimes not offer an echo about the charge Failing.
