To test the new facility, try downloading The Earl’s Progress or 101 Encounters; better yet, why not try both. If you have trouble with one or both of these files, please let me know:
- what OS you have,
- what browser you use,
- what security software is installed, and
- what the error is.
You might also try installing a different browser (IE, Firefox, or Chrome) and trying those as well. Let me know the results…leave comments with this post or send me an email or PM via the forum.
(For information: My system is Win7 64-bit, with ESET Smart Security v5 and PrevX v3, and I’ve tested the downloader with the latest editions of IE9, Firefox 12, and Chrome 18. The download manager worked fine every time.)
