CGI has released rethem to the masses, but when is the rest of the pdf going to be available?

Still waiting for the HQ hard copy. The irony is I'm actually quite close to CGI, maybe an hour or so. The waiting is the hardest part...

They are legendary for responding to noisy customers.
Not so much for patient ones...
They produce a premium product and charge premium prices. You deserve premium service.
(but don't say I put you up to it... :twisted: )

I learned from Grant that my copy was just recently sent out as it required special packaging. As my mailman has a habit of folding malleable mail, I requested stiff cardboard packaging to prevent this.
