Hello,
I have been using Columbia's Board Game boxes for years for my gaming books. They work well when I transport books around in my backpack.
I would like to see the boxes available by themselves.
I will post direct to Columbia with the same request.

Why not use a standard box file (I imagine they will be cheaper than anything CGI supplies)?

CGI offers a "black game box" for $5.00 (SKU 1500), about a dozen or so entries down, here.
