Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an XML-based format for content distribution. Lýthia.com offers two RSS feeds for use in news readers and blogs. The first feed is for all posts, and the second is for subscriber comments to posts. Lythia.com currently uses RSS 2.0 and use Feedburner to maintain statistics on subscribers.
Available Feeds
ArticlesClick on one of the links above and you will be taken to the appropriate Feedburner page. Then simple select your web-based news reader or your specialist feed reader program. If you don’t see yours listed, then click on 
View Feed XML (this is a dummy link used for illustration only). I use Google Reader which is not a listed reader and this works fine.
